Here are a few of the tests I have taken within the last couple of years.
Gallup Report Clifton Strengths (2019)
Of the 34 strengths, my top 5 are as follows:
Activator
People exceptionally talented in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. They want to do things now, rather than simply talk about them.
Strategic
People exceptionally talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
Achiever
People exceptionally talented in the Achiever theme work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. They take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.
Learner
People exceptionally talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. The process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
Focus
People exceptionally talented in the Focus theme can take a direction, follow through and make the corrections necessary to stay on track. They prioritize, then act.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (2019)
I have taken this test many times over the years and hover between an INTJ (Conceptual Planner) and and ENTJ (Decisive Strategist)
- Where you focus your attention – Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
- The way you take in information – Sensing (S) or INtuition (N)
- How you make decisions – Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
- How you deal with the world – Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
INTJ (Introvert, Intuition, Thinking, Judging)
INTJ people are often able to define a compelling, long-range vision, and can devise innovative solutions to complex problems.

ENTJ (Extraversion, Intuition, Thinking, Judging)
ENTJs see the big picture and think strategically about the future. They are able to efficiently organise people and resources in order to accomplish long-term goals, and tend to be comfortable with taking strong leadership over others.
